At Trini Magic, we work hard to carefully package and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policies below before placing your order.

Processing Times

  • Orders may take up to 1–2 business days to process and package before shipment.
  • Custom DTF transfers may take up to 7 business days to process before shipping.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on package size, weight, and destination.

Shipping Delays

Once your order has been shipped, Trini Magic is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • USPS, UPS, or FedEx shipping delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Mechanical failures
  • High shipping volumes
  • Carrier staffing shortages
  • Natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control

Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Trini Magic is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost during transit
  • Packages damaged during shipping
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Theft after delivery

If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or investigation before contacting us.

Tracking Information

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates provided by the carrier. If your tracking states “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Wreath Shipping Notice

Due to the handmade and oversized nature of wreaths:

  • Some embellishments may shift slightly during transit.
  • Minor fluffing or ribbon adjustment may be needed upon arrival.
  • Wreaths should be handled carefully when removing from packaging.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

Trini Magic is not responsible for packages returned or undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Missing apartment numbers
  • Invalid or incomplete shipping information

If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately through our Contact Form. While we will do our best to accommodate address changes, we cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

Separate Shipping Requirements

T-shirts and wreaths cannot be shipped together due to packaging size and handling requirements. Separate orders must be placed for wreaths and apparel items to ensure safe and proper delivery.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We do not refund expedited shipping fees if USPS, UPS, or FedEx fail to meet estimated delivery times.
