Refund policy

At Trini Magic, every item is handmade and created with care just for you. Because many of our products are custom-made and made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been processed.

All Sales Final

All sales are considered final. However, we want our customers to have a positive shopping experience, and we will gladly review any issues related to damaged or incorrect items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will review each case individually and work toward a fair resolution.

Color & Product Variations

Please note:

  • Actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor, phone, or screen settings.
  • Handmade items may have slight variations that make each piece unique.
  • Minor variations in fabric, ribbon placement, or embellishments are not considered defects.

Approved Returns & Store Credit

If a return or refund request is approved after review:

  • A store credit will be issued for the approved amount.
  • Store credits can be used toward future purchases at Trini Magic.
  • Orders placed before store credit is issued are not eligible for reimbursement.

Unauthorized Returns

Items returned without prior approval will not qualify for refunds or store credit.

If a package is:

  • Refused by the customer
  • Returned as undeliverable
  • Returned without authorization

the item may be donated or disposed of without refund or store credit.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom DTF transfers
  • Personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made wreaths or apparel
